I’ve hired a treadmill for 3 months to try and kick start my fitness…Yay!!!

The last time I wrote an entry about this goal was 5 months ago. Wow.
I’m changing my tactics with this one. I hate walking around my neighborhood, its not that its not safe, its just that when I’m walking alone at night i don’t feel safe.
So we’re putting some money up and renting a treadmill. It works out cheaper than buying one, and includes servicing of the machine.
I’m hoping that all of my excuses for not walking can be shelved, as “its raining, dark, cold” etc wont work. I can’t even use tv as an excuse!
We’ve made so many changes lately, working better with money, working together more, cleaning up our lives, I’m hoping that my weight is my final hurdle.

But Im starting…went for a great walk last night, really got pumping…

Went for a walk along the beach last night, it was so hard on my legs, and i was puffing like crazy.

I want to go for a little walk once a day for a while, my health and fitness levels are appauling, i figure this is a good start.
