How I did it: I used the Software Things which has a GREAT video to get you started. It also uses tags, which I found easier to make a context list out of instead of just creating it on a list like OmniFocus and ThinkingRock.
Lessons & tips: Just do it! It really is very personal and very easy. I think we all make a bigger deal out of it - just get it done! Base it on David Allen's lists (provided on his website) and chane it to fit you. You can always add or delete.
