write my granny more often

last week I wrote during work- something like eight pages!
I am proud!
and I feel better after writing!

I have many not so pleasant memories of grandmother,...I remember her being a cold,unfriendly woman-full of self pity and hate.
And now she is very old and living in a care-home- and she is coming closer to the end.
hmmm- I found my peace with her, I guess.
and I write her letters of what happens in my life.
Before that I called her regularly- but that was more and more unpleasant- because its difficult to find the right time to call an old lady- nurse here or she is just using the bathroom- or she didn´t hang up the phone right,...
so I started writing her and my mom keeps me updated what she is doing and how she is feeling.
I want to write her more often!
Make her last years on earth more colorful.
She said that she really enjoys my letters-and I feel better when I do write her-so I will, more often.
