where to start… (or continue)

can any1 help me how to go bout it?any specific book or site i can follow?

My dance and vocal teacher is helping me, but I need to to more. I’ve always wanted to learn, but never found a structured enough way to do it.

Starting on Dec 30. New year’s goal!

So many people learn English that I’ve just almost given up on this goal….

Argh. Could there be any more syllables in this language? I’ve learned how to spell out the vowels and read them. I haven’t practiced in a few, but I’m determined to get down some of the language before I go to Mysore. So my progress is slowly increasing, and my spirits are still fairly lofty.

I want to let you know, that I’ve never learned an Indian language and I wish to God I had a class that could help me learn! Kannada looks tough, but we can do it!
