Today I took a break. no no! don’t get me wrong! I’m not giving up this time. I’ll try to make jillian michaels’s “30 days shred” video with level 1 tomorrow. I saw that video and I’m scared of that woman. she is so hot and I wanna have a body like she has. But I don’t like her arms. I’m scared of her but I have to start from somewhere. 3 months ago
I’ve taken up walking and have been doing it to and from work everyday now. If not walking, then biking. Lately I haven’t been able to set aside a time to workout, so I incorporated this into my daily life to compensate. I really want to start doing yoga though!!! 3 months ago
wow It’s been 6 days. :) I feel so responsible to 43 thingers besides me and try to work out every day.Anyway. I made aerobic exercise with carmen electra’s video. don’t laugh! :D It takes about 1 hour. not too hard but ıt made me sweat. 3 months ago
Today I walked for school about 50 minutes. And made pilates for 35 minutes . 3 months ago
I’ve walked 4 miles with leslie video. :) that tooks 1 hour. And I also walked to school and came back for 2 times. And it took about 90-100 minutes that means I’ve walked about 2.5 hours. 3 months ago
yeah I’ve decided that before and couldn’t keep this promise to myself. I’m starting again. it’s never late right? And I’m gonna say what I’ve done EVERYDAY! yeah!
Day 1: I’ve walked with leslie sansone video for 3 miles. It takes 43 minutes but sweaty. I also walked to school and back from there on my feet and It taked 50 minutes. Not bad huh? See u tomorrow :) 3 months ago

Ok, it can be anything. 1 hour walking or slim in 6 series or zumba. I dunno. But yesterday I started with Slim in 6 start it up It was too difficult for me. But I’ll continue. After 60 days without interrupting I’ll say “I’m done” with proud. :)

I now have a regular schedule of working out two different sets of weight exercises on the Bowflex on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I’m adding about 10 pounds of weight to each exercise each week and I’m close to maxing out the Bowflex on some of the exercises. When that happens with most of the exercises, I will join a gym and at that point I will consider this task accomplished. 6 months ago
