I just got done working out. I didn’t run again though. I just didn’t have any water or anything to drink as I’m running and, after having the sunstroke, I don’t want to risk getting dehydrated again.
And I’m pretty sure neither milk nor Mountain Dew is a very good substitute to run with. :P
I’m moving into my college apartment soon though so I’ll have a better supply of stuff to work out with there. Until then, I’m getting the juices pumping however much I can!
I worked out tonight, but didn’t run. Mostly because my parents had company downstairs and I didn’t want them to think I was weird from the noises they heard. :P
But I’m feeling the legs gettin’ back into better shape. And the push-ups are getting less difficult. Exciting!
I forced myself to work out today. I will admit I’ve made some crap excuses for the past couple days. I’m too tired…I don’t want to sweat.
Bull crap. I want MUSCLES!
I have like a little less than a month when i restarted this goal and i already loosed 4 pounds >_> I feel somehowe great
I’m ashamed to say that I really almost didn’t work out today, and that I’ve skipped a couple days in which I could’ve worked out. I have no idea why.
But I’m also happy to say I did force myself to work out anyway and felt better about myself afterwards.
I hate how I can convince myself to not to things so often…UGH.
Worth doing!
I’m a runner… cross country and track, so I work out at least 5 days a week. It’s a lot of work, but totally worth it.
Just finished up. Feeling kind of dizzy, but that’s probably because I don’t normally work out two consectutive days.
I’m still gonna try to complete this week, but I may have to take a day off…
I had to skip last week because I was on vacation and didn’t have enough alone time to spend working out. Which really bothered me.
So I just finished excerising for the first time in a while. I was kind of easy on myself, but I’m gonna be working out every day this week to make up for last week, so I figured I’d ease myself into it. Throwing up doesn’t sound appealing.
The knees bothered me a little bit again, but nothing major.
I’m glad I was able to pick up from where I had to stop. I’m not a quitter!
