Paul Gray is working on my entry for the Generic Video Contest!
For anyone wanting to go to Sedona, it is so awesome, you’ll be so glad you did. For anyone that hasn’t listed going as a goal, you don’t know what you’re missing. It is so beautiful. Just driving through will take your breath away…. in a good way! lol I posted some pictures of it on my website HERE if you are interested in seeing them.

It was seriously intense, and the real work always seems to happen in the days and weeks after the retreats, but I am soo glad that I went!
My new favorite find, aside from the hiking trail up Soldier’s Pass Road that took us past an enormous sinkhole, was the Cafe Raw Bliss, where they have organic, dairy-free, sugar-free chocolate confections that had my whole body vibrating.
Am I going back for Labor Day? I just might…

Here We Go!
I just booked a room for myself, the Teenager, and the mother, for Easter weekend… we’re going for another healing retreat. Well, another one for me, the first time for them.
The Teenager has agreed to work in the kitchen if there is a position for her, which should knock her tuition down quite a bit, and I will be doing bodywork to help offset the costs of the weekend.
Time to make the deposits on tuition…

I was kinda stressed out when I went—dog was sick, didn’t bring the right clothes, and my sister and I don’t always see eye-to-eye. The whole time I was there I felt peaceful and calm. I really do think it is a special place.

Flutterbyflyby3 The longest journey is the journey inward... Dag Hammarskjold
I have wanted to go to Sedona since I was a teenager. I realized last night that I am never going to get there if I don’t start making it happen. Trips are always compromises with others on destination. This is the one trip I want.

My husband and I had a destination wedding in Sedona (2002). We were married at Redrock Crossing with Cathedral Rock as our backdrop.
I love the color contrasts of Sedona; the green trees amongst the red red rocks.
We just stopped in Sedona, on our way to a hiking trip in the Grand Canyon, this past May, and did a practice hike on Cathedral Rock…it was spectacular! We took advantage of a Los Abrigados timeshare presentation (they hit us up on the main street in Sedona). So we were able to get a great room with a gorgeous view for nothing more than a hour and half of our time.
We’ve hiked around Sedona quite a bit, and neither one of us has ever experienced any vortex energy, or anything out of the normal. But I don’t think we would know what to look for anyways…

I haven’t any idea what my life will look like when I have stopped trying to garner people’s approval, or beat them at their own games, or get them strong enough to love me back. I haven’t any idea what my soul will feel like when it’s divested itself of other people’s energy, and is stripped down to only the pure Juju that remains. But come hell or high water (and I’ve been through both), I’m going to find out.
I’m going to Sedona, and I’m coming back alone.
