own 100 cds

I just counted my CD’s and, including all of them (even the ones I got as a child) I have 45. So I’m not even halfway, but concerning I know at least three CD’s I want to buy this autumn I am quite certain that I will be halfway to finishing my goal by the end of this year.
I know many people say that it’s a waste of money to buy CD’s when you so easily just can download them. But I don’t think so. For the first, I only buy CD’s from artists whom I really like and then I know they get a little of the money I spend. And yes I know you can pay for the music you download, but then all you have is a file on your computer. I like my CD’s. They’re a part of the interior design in my room. So I am saving for my CD’s. Because it’s worth it! ;)

..it can become an obsession…I must have about 300 now and the list of new ones I want just keeps growing. And now I have so many CDs I almost feel like I can’t move on to the whole downloading thing…but I do love my CDs!

I hit that 100 mark a long time ago and the collection’s still growing =]

I haven’t counted lately, but I remember when I hit the 100 CD mark.

worth it. I have a collection of about 300 cds and they are some of my favorite things…

And as far as downloading music goes, nothing compares to have the actual disc with it’s case. That and it supports the artist.

It’s not exactly that great, since after you’ve done it, you realise you just wasted a ton of money for nothing, since it’s quite easy just to download any music you could ever want.
