become fluent in french and italian

...an eddie izzard joke…”two languages in one head…”...i would like to live at that speed! i studied french in high school and college,and then off and on through adulthood. itook up italian last year when my then-fiancee and i decided to get married in italy…it seems only polite to know some of the language…and it was surprisingly easy! maybe the french background, or the fact that all those hcucky ‘r’s don’t get in the way (rolling them on the tongue is easier), but i want to learn a lot more italian. i suppose this will lead to spanish next. i don’t know. but i think that to be a good world citizen, you should at least be able to communicate with other people in their language…
