Try a sauna

Never done this.

While sitting in a sauna, I feel like my problems are being sweated out and washed away. It is such a great feeling.

twice! I went in on Saturday for 20 minutes, and Sunday for another 20 minutes! It feels so great and refreshing! I’m going to use the sauna regularly now…at least twice a week! :)

yesterday, I brought everything I needed…but there was already a couple in there and it was too small for me to comfortably be in there also. Next time!

to try the sauna at the gym with me! He didn’t want to though. I’d like to go with him, just so I don’t have to sit in there awkardly if any one else comes in the sauna at the same time. Or, I could just get over this stupid little fear, and go try out the sauna by myself like I’ve been wanting to for so long!!! It will be good for my skin, it will be good for detoxing my body, and it will be calming and relaxing for my entire body.

relaxing in a sauna. In Sweden there are saunas at almost all the public swimming pools, so I like to go there. Of course, there are only women in the women’s sauna there.

I finally tried. Being raised in a quite conservative family, nakedness was not really normal at home. I really was very afraid i would immediately get an erection once i took of my clothes in front of others, and certainly when i would see some naked woman. I turned out allright, it was not really crowded, and the erection I got (yes, unfortunately) was gone very quickly before anyone could see it (I was alone at the shower). It was quite strange to notice that after a few minutes already I was used to the naked people around me (even the women).
