177.6 LB this morning! Whoo!
Finished my 2nd round of P90X (Leans) which got rid of a lot of the fat weight. About 15 LB to go to be there, of which I hope it’s building muscle and losing the remaining fat. Excited as I’ve not been this weight since I was in high school!! 13 months ago

Really frustrated. I mean, good news is that I’m down to 183.0 lbs (just 3 above healthy BMI) but this has been over the course of nearly 3 weeks I’ve barely lost weight, ie a pound a week.
Granted, I realize that part of it may be going out/parties etc. but it’s super rare in that it’s no more than once a week if at all and otherwise I’m strict about my food. Plus I hardly drink if at all.
So I’m wondering if that’s it or my body is in starvation mode or if there’s something I’m doing causing me to plateau but it’s frustrating short of doing a meal replacement/cleanse a la Skakeology.
Anyway, I’m glad to make progress but still frustrated that it’s not going faster. 13 months ago

186.0 lbs is current weight
Will be about 4-6 weeks until 180. Clothes are baggy/I am beginning to swim in them. When birthday comes in 4 weeks I will get new clothes that are slimmer so I look/feel better and not have any excuse to go back with fat clothes. 14 months ago

189.4 lbs as of yesterday morning! Awesome!
I’ve got to get a physical soon to see my body fat percentage but I’m glad to see that there’s been big improvements since the beginning of 2012. Just 34.4 to go! 14 months ago

Since the beginning of 2012 I’ve been doing P90X Leans and really tracking my calories…except for this SuperBowl where I drank and ate waaay too much and wasn’t bothering to keep track. But I made up for it the next couples of days (via hangovers, bloating, and watching what I ate).
Actually it was helpful as I felt nauseous the next morning and as such also saw that I was eating way too much in the morning and not enough at night, which is why I was starving at the end of the day and going over the daily calorie limit but a few hundred and making little progress…. now I’m having smaller breakfasts and lunches, increasing snacking throughout the day, and a modest dinner. REALLY enjoying the phsyical/visible results as well and I’m not hungry so long as I keep the caffeine (which increases hunger) to a minimum and drink a lot of water as well.
27 lbs to my goal! 15 months ago

194.6 LBS
My physical around this time last year had me at 198.6 LBS and the doctor said I needed to lose weight/get in shape. P90X is really helping and I’m enjoying the results and getting noticed on progress as well. Clothes are certainly getting looser and will have to buy a new set once I can’t go any smaller on the belt buckle…but glad to be below 195…nearing the ideal BMI finally! 15 months ago

199.2 LBS as of today! 34.2 to go!
One week ahead of schedule in terms of weight loss per http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/calories-required/
It’s been seriously forever since I weighed under 200 LBS. I know I still have another 34.2 to go but I’m noticing the physical results (ribs! definition!) and will be closer to a healthier BMI. This wasn’t even a good week in terms of working out (skipped one) and eating habits but it’s progress not perfection right?
The downside I will say though that for the next week I have to adjust the calories down slightly, which is why I am doing a long term sustained weight loss so that it’s less noticeable and causes less hunger (chose to lose it over 9 months at 1 lb a week) and crashing, giving body time to adjust over time and ideally maintain once there.

200.4 actually but still – for the first time in many years I am finally at the 200 mark… still have 35 lb to go but this is great! Still working on P90X Leans and only weighing myself once a week so I don’t get obsessed but I can certainly notice a physical change as well. 16 months ago

37.8 to go!
Calculated how long it would take to lose 1 lb. a week (which means I won’t go into extreme deprivation) and it would be 9 months. P90X Leans might be able to speed that up a little. Anyway have to start somewhere 16 months ago
