I’ve joined the “lending librarians’ team and I invite all you librarians out there to do the same. As ‘Bill’ of the group said: “Librarians are natural loaners.”

stop focusing on yourself and do something nice. I needed to catch up with this goal, so I lent to 3 people/groups: 5 years ago

It’s March and time for another loan. This time I’ve lent $25 bucks to Radmila Vuli? to buy wool for her knitting business.

Was going to loan $50 each month but it ends up being converted to %AU67. So I’ll just do one $25 loan each month. 5 years ago

Considering the amount of money I waste, it is really slack of me not to give. http://www.kiva.org/app.php is a multicultural, honest, well thought out, and empowering idea.
Each month for a year I will donate $50.
Just now I loaned $25 to Ilgar Khuseyinov http://www.kiva.org/app.php?page=businesses&action=about&id=19178 and $25 to Sambo CHUOP http://www.kiva.org/app.php?page=businesses&action=about&id=20171
I confess I actually started to fill in search details such as gender and need. Then I thought sheesh! who the hell am I to dictate who gets what for a chance to succeed? My next donation will again be random unless Ilgar and Sambo still need loans. 5 years ago
