find the perfect family to adopt my child

I did it! She is 17 days old & absolutely beautiful. I am so proud of her & her adoptive parents are absolutely amazing. They are so in love with her. I am in love with them.

this is by far the MOST AMAZING thing I have ever done with my life and I can only pray that someday I will be able to tell her how much she means to me face to face.

I am going to finally meet the family I think is “the one” and I am so nervous and anxious…for so many reasons. I mainly want them to like me and be accepted by them as someone who could be a long term friend. Although I know that there is a good chance I will not have every day…week…even monthly contact with them, I want them to be people I can & will hold close to my heart forever.

How do I know they will not be as in love with this child as I would be?

I have known from the minute I thought pregnancy was a possibility that I was going to place this child with adoption. I already have two fabulous and amazing children whom I love soooo very much. I am so happy having my two that I know I am about to make some OTHER family so extremely happy & complete that this will be one of the most amazing experieces of my life.

I am sad that I have to admit my shortcomings & the fact that I just can’t raise this child…but at the same time, I am so honored to be able to take part in this whole miracle that I know I am going to be just fine….
