Pulled my first 2k of the season at 7:18. I’m a first year varsity rower with one semester on novice. I need to …well, want to do this to achieve my goals.
Oh, also, am on a college team-not highschool and have finished my first head varsity season.
First step is to find out how much I’m going to need to improve and actually start hitting all of my crew practices, to continually improve my strength.
