Just went to the gym. Will try to make it a Tues., Thurs., and 1-day-a-weekend thing. It makes me feel better about myself.

I finally went to the gym today after not having gone for maybe a year. I started slow, and used the treadmill for 20 minutes. Then I sped up to the fastest setting I had ever done…
I feel better that I finally went, but I don’t feel like I am doing enough. I will try to go three times a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

I look disgusting. I need to go back to the gym. Starting this week (assuming things don’t get too crazy), I will go on Thursday. I will start with just 30 min., because I haven’t been in a while, and I’ll bring a good book to read!
hey lennon50, i have the same worries as u! Must really make it a habit to hit the gym, all those work, lethargy should not stop us!
So i have a gym pass paying for a membership… its finding the time and being motivated to go. I work 2 jobs and go to school full time… the 2 jobs are also full time .. dont ask how i do it but you would think i could find time to go use that membership im paying for… it also doesnt help that people around me arent as motivated as I am too.. HELP!
hitting the gym totally feels so good! the treadmill, the seated row and the leg press are my favorite workouts. everyone interested should get started now and make sure the gym you go to has good facilities as well. mine has a sauna so i go there after working out and you can also avail of discounted rates of the massages… happyhappy! :)
