shut off the outside water before it freezes

I’m beginning to think if I’ve made it this far it will be ok for the winter.

I did this, but I think the valve may be broken. I turned it off from inside and then I opened the outside valve and it has a slow drip. Maybe I’ll have to get a plumber to look at it.

Maybe tonight I’ll do it. There has been frost on the ground already but during the day it’s quite warm. It is hard to tell this time of year.
