Now I sleep sort of earlier, more less. about 1.30 or 2, which is a big gain for me. I get up much much earlier than I use to just for work. Though I’d like to weak up earlier so I could do something and take a shower before my flatmate wakes up.

My body clock is so whacked and I need to fix it. I read in a news site that people who are on night shift are prone to certain cancers. Now that’s reason enough to sleep earlier.
