How I did it: i guess i find it all the more relaxing when you only treat yourself to bubble baths on occasions. do it when you need to relax or when you've had a bad day. that way you know you'll have something to look forward to at the end of the day. Read how I did it… 2 years ago
How I did it: First, go to your local supermarket and grab some bubble bath. Another option is that you can go to Lush (unsure if it's international, but its a shop that sells HEAPS of bath bombs and such) But the problem with Lush is that it can knock you out with the strong smell.
Second, I ran a bath. Cause its pretty pointless to try and squeeze yourself into a bubbly bath bottle. Or a bath bomb. That might be even harder.
Last, you tip the bubble bath in and stir like your life depends on it. Or you could be lazy and you could let the water do it for you. But let's face it, you aint gonna become fit like that are yah?
Ok, uh... then you slip into the bath. Clothes on or off, i dont care. And you enjoy yourself :)
My only tip: Dont use a coloured bathbomb with a white towel. DISASTER!

One of my best friends, Laura, and I took a bubble bath together and it rocked a lot. 5 years ago
This is so worth it. Wow… but even though I made the time for me… I couldn’t stop thinking about the little one playing just beyond the bathroom.
I will have to try this later.. when I have some alone time and really enjoy just laying in the tub, with a good book and a glass of wine.

I did this finally… I went to my sisters, for her as a surprise I did as much laundry as I could hand out.. three loads.. I cleaned her kitchen got everything ready for her to come home from work to a nice clean house ready for supper to be cooked.. Then I took my bath.. I not only took a bath, I turned the shower on also.. closed my eyes sat in that deep tub with the shower beating ontop of my head and imagined I was sitting beneath a waterfall…. oh I love fantasy. 5 years ago
I know. However the hours I have kept over the past five years left little or no time for soaking in a tub of bubbles.
I love them. I used to have baths like that, somewhere inbetween children, divorce, cancer, and work.
I now have the time, NO TUB! how sad is that..
One day, one day soon, I may just show up at one of my sisters houses bubbles intow and a sign that reads
MOMMY, AUNT, SISTER, IS NOT HERE. THE ONLY PERSON HERE IS TAKING A LONG BATH AND WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN SHE IS DONE.
Either that or a threat on the way to the tub.
I should be able to accomplish this .. Oh I hope.. 6 years ago
This week’s (last week’s?) bubble bath is overdue, so I’m putting it back on my list as an invitation to relax a bit. 6 years ago
I say do this as much as you can. It’s wonderful and so relaxing. A bubble bath, candles…it’s a mini vacation. 6 years ago

I’ve had bubble baths as a child, but as an adult I prefer a shower to get clean. However, fairly recently my psychologist gave me a piece to read on anxiety. One of the recommendations it gave is that a warm bath aids relaxation. So I started having a proper lie-in bath once a week, with scented bubbles and a travel magazine.
I’ve also realized that the foam is not merely pretty: it’s function is to keep the water from losing its heat through evaporation. 6 years ago
I definately reccommend Lush bath bombs to make your bath more enjoyable and more relaxing. My favorites are the Waving Not Drowning and the Ginger Bomb. http://usa.lush.com/cgi-bin/lushdb/catzoom.html?mv_arg=Bath%20Bombs:expand=00003:upd=y
They also have some cool and interesting products for other stuff as well. 6 years ago
