The Empress Knows what Rivers Know: There is no hurry. is embracing the unexpected!
It’s the same 1.6 that I gained last time, but I am thrilled!
I knew this would be a life-long journey, and I will keep trying!

...one step back!
I gained back 1.6, but I’m still down from three weeks ago, and I am not. giving. up!!!
Lcee09 just had an awesome workout!
I’m not officially doing weight watchers, but I do keep track of my points and stuff, partially to help my mom stay on track. I only want to lose about 10 pounds, so hopefully I’ll get to my goal within a decent amount of time (like 10 weeks!)

I weighed in last Thursday: down 2.8 lbs. Yay!

Ah, jeez, I am up 10+ lbs!
So, when I got a postcard from the most fantastic leader in the world: “We’ve missed you, blah blah blah,” I decided it’s time to go back in person, and not keep trying to do it alone.
I’m going back Thursday…

My weight has been steadily increasing, and I’m finally ready to turn this ship around.
It’s going to take a while, but I’m willing to do it…
Tracked my points this morning online. That is a step in the right direction!

I lost about forty pounds on WW two years ago, then I gave up and let stress and emotional eating take over, and I gained 60 pounds. So I’m about 20 pounds higher than my original starting weight.
I’ve maintained a supplementary WW online account that I’ve occasionally used since I gave up going to meetings. I finally realized, this week, that I can reset my starting weight and get rid of past progress. I think it will be good to just start completely over and start seeing the weight as a loss instead of it reading as being a little less over my starting weight when I lose a few pounds.
I made mistakes in the past, I let stress rule me, but I am starting fresh and already making progress.

Trying to track what I eat, and stay within my points range… I didn’t do half-bad yesterday, and today, I am actually drinking water for the first time in I-don’t-know-how-long (not just coffee & diet soda).
So, we’re making progress…

After weeks of out-of-control emotional eating, I finally stepped on the scale this morning, my first day back from vacation.
There you have it: 159
It’s impossible to know where to begin if you don’t know where you are.

I’ll take it.
I bounced up a few pounds since my last entry, but I set my goal weight as 150, so now I actually have a goal!
Should be there soon, God willing and the creek don’t rise!
