I knew I’d end up finishing off my folks’ card on xmas eve! It looks a bit nicer in real life, honest ;)

That was 16 cards for this festive season. None too shabby :)

Maybe they`re not the best christmas cards ever but I`m so proud that I managed to make them – I really like those sprakling, little deers I made using glitter glue, I was afraid that it won`t actually work since it`s quite old…but:) Next cards in progress – members of my family will get them as a little, additional presents:) The only thing I`m not as proud of is the quality of the photos…:/

As ever, leaving things ‘til the last moment does have some motivation – I rattled out about 6 cards between Saturday night and Sunday morning! Of course, resorted to tried’n’tested and/or quick’n’easy ideas, which was a bit disappointing – I have lots of ideas I never quite got ‘round to. Ah well – there’s always Christmas 08… and no one says I can’t start making them in advance, right? ;)

So… just two left to make and we’re there. Hurrah!

I love such things:) there`s nothing better than something hand-made. And signing up for this one will motivate me for sure;P Since I have tons of stuff to use and create cards but always have someting more important… This time it`s going to be different:D

Because I am such a busy person these days! I am moving, and I am trying to co-host a small Christmas gathering with my friend at his place, but I think that if I can make a few and send them, it will help me with my goal of keeping in touch with people I appreciate, and it would be such a wonderful thought for the gathering!

I requested and today received my final ‘volumes’ – my dad needs eight, including one for my sm that needs to be a bit more special, and one for my best mate who got me into all this card making stuff and thus knows a thing or two about what I’m sending through!! And of course, they both need one from me, too…!!

So, I have five finished, four half-done (some need some kind of finishing, I just can’t put my finger on what), and a deficit of at least nine. Ahem ;)

Nuts. Two people on my ‘don’t know if I’ll bother this year’ list have sent cards to me already! And jebus, people – it’s 3 weeks til Christmas still!! Hold your horses – I haven’t even made mind yet! ;)
