I’m kicking myself over two really stupid things I said at work last week. What I said came out all wrong! I find this happens to me frequently and people just think I’m being rude or crass, but I don’t mean to be. How can I be a better articulator? I have no problem writing what I mean :-(
Until I learn to overcome my social phobias and find joy in my own being, this shan’t happen. Maybe eventually, but not anytime soon.
I find that I say the dumbest things…when I should just keep it in. Keeping it in makes me worry and saying it out loud clears my mind a lil but makes things weird. Its coming to a point where I need to find a happy medium. I should just keep my mouth shut and go into a different room and count to 100 until it goes away or read a book….or maybe take a walk/go to the gym.
