I used to do floor pilates and had to stop due to time. I had always wanted to own a Pilates bench so my parents got me one for my 18th birthday. Its fantastic and I would recommend everybody to purchase one.

Two weeks before my big birthday and I have completed this goal. I shared this as a pressie with Sharna my daughter who also has a memorable birthday. We are going to be the most toned people in our street.
