The big BUZZZ is a rough way to start the day, and the radio isn’t much better imo. So, I wake up with a SunRizer, a little box that automatically and gradually turns a nice bright light on in the room. The other nice thing it does is “Dusk” at night – start with the light on full blast, hit the dusk button and climb into bed. The light gradually fades as you fall asleep. So nice.
