having had two weeks off due to being poorly, I’m back!!!

How to run ten miles without stopping
How I did it: I was so focused on running my half marathon and I didn't realized that I had exceed my goal to run ten miles without stopping. Losing more than ten pounds and doing bikram yoga three times a week. The yoga helps with stretching the muscles and also weight loss.
Lessons & tips: Alway aim high and at the same time focus on the little goals.

it’s hard work and I’m more unfit than I thought – but hey, I’ve made a start ad I’m proud!!!!
I’m running for Get Kids Going which is a charity for young people who are disabled – have applied online, just have to wait for my info pack to come through – just have to run now!
1) Find a charity with tickets for the Great South Run THIS year
2) Run two miles on the seafront this week
3) Enter the Great South Run
Have just found out the entries are closed for this year’s run – 2007 here I come!
I want to do this!!! I’ts 10 miles in my hometown and two friends are doing it – job for the next week is to enter and schedule training …. and maybe even run!
I’ve done five miles a few times so far. I think I’ll be at ten miles by October.
