    I went back yesterday... 2 years ago

    ...for the first time in ages. Which entailed dragging my arse out of bed at Early O’Clock (5:40am!!!!) in the cold. I didn’t do as much as I’d have liked as the pool was getting busy towards the end of my time there but I was glad that I went.
