I’m not a strong person, and I have no fantasies about becoming abnoxiously strong (or big, especially big). I ordered the heavy grips 100, 150, and 200 and a few for my brothers as well. There was a mix up at lifestylesport.com and two of the grippers I ordered failed to be sent with the order. I called lifestylesports and they sent out the two missing grippers and offered me another gripper free of charge for my trouble.
Long story short, I thought “why the hell not get a 250 for a far off goal?”
so here I am with a new goal.
