I don’t have much time right now, what with finals and looking for housing. But once I get all settled down, I’ll start the program I’ve made for losing weight.

i dont really wheigh a lot but i have a really fat ass and even my family&friends say i do.
the first day is always one of the best, feeling positive about your goal and all that. It wasn’t a perfect first day, I ate a tad more than I said I would, but that’s nothing a few exercises and some cutbacks won’t fix tomorrow.
I just signed up into this. I’ll do more exploring on this site once I’m done writing this blog. Anyway. I’ve been wanting to lose at least 20 pounds for a long time, my ideal weight being 120 pounds. That’s roughly 26 pounds away, and unfortunately, swimsuit season is coming up and I’d really like to show off a flat stomach for once… instead of being to girl who always wears shorts and a t-shirt while everyone else is having a good time. I carry all the extra in my stomach too, and it’s turned me from an hourglass to a cylinder. aww.
So my goal is to really start working out, not just for looks, but for better health and living quality. And I hope to find that motivation, conviction and support here!
Hey guys! I was just wondering if anyone wants to diet with me! I want to lose 20 lbs but I just cant seem to stop eating, especially lots of carbs and junk food, and I was thinking that it would be easier if Ihad a diet buddy, so please let me know! thanks
On the verge of thinking it would never happen, until I got on a prescription for phentermine, a metabolism enhancer/appetite suppressant. It is joy. Unfortunately, the curve is getting smaller, but still, 20 pounds in 6 weeks is indeed perfectly doable.
