How to watch every episode of Star Trek"Fascinating."
How I did it: I started in 1967, watching Star Trek in prime time on NBC. Later on, Star Trek went into sydication and I was able to watch in on Saturday afternoons, weekdays after school, whenever it came on. I watched it for years and years. My friends and I had gotten to the point where we could see a clip, lasting no more than a few seconds, and could tell you the name of the episode, give a summary of the plot, and give some of the key lines of dialogue from the show. Then one day I saw the entire first season of Star Trek on DVD for sale. I bought it. A short time later the second and third seasons came out. I bought them too. I put in the DVDs and over a period of a few weeks watched all of the episodes. To my surprise I encountered one single episode that had slipped through the cracks. I had never seen it before. That's why it took nearly 35 years to accomplish this goal. Lessons & tips: If you want to watch all of the episodes without buying the DVD collection, just go here.

More "How I Did It" stories
How I did it: It was syndicated two episodes a night in the mid-nineties, that helped a lot. I also bought the entire series on DVD a few years back and have gotten through almost all of them...It also helps to be a huge nerd, obviously. Read how I did it…
