I went to the gym on Friday afternoon with a friend, but I didn’t want to push myself too hard as I am coming down sick.

I sort of keep finding excuses to not go to the gym… already! It’s not cool. I need to take a buddy with me I think.

I didn’t get to go to the gym last week =[[ everything just happened and suddenly it was 10 pm and I hadn’t made it. So tragic!

But I shall go tomorrow! I have faith!

I went to the gym last Monday. It was alright, a little boring at first but it sort of got better .

I’ve decided that when I go to the gym, I’ll try to focus on weights – mainly because I already do a fair bit of cardio through basketball and dancing.

But I never have the time to go, so this year I’m going to make Saturday after work the time to go the gym as it’s only down the road. The membership is free and I only have to pay £3 an hour, and I love the gym. It makes me feel very good and hopefully, with a good diet, I’ll get that flat stomach I’ve always wanted!
