Its pretty easy but the point is I am getting into good habits and using my muscles again. For January I don’t care if I only work out 5 minutes a day…as long as I do something! 16 months ago

I’ve worked out 36 of the last 45 days. I just set a reasonable goal like workout 30 minutes a day. That can be defined as a long walk, dancing, running or swimming whatever…just break a sweat.

kind of shocked but what’s helping is I’ve signed up for www.habitforge.com online. It’s a free little email service to help keep you on track. They say you can change your habits if you can do something for 21 days straight. I’ve gone to the gym 5 days in a row. But the habitforge has helped me keep track of the fact that 13 out of 19 days I’ve worked out. I probably wouldn’t have gone that much even if they weren’t all consecutive. So I’m proud. 3 years ago
