I cored out the pumpkin, baked it, added all the spices and sugars and had enough for 9 pies from 1 pumpkin! Then I found out that the canned pumpkin is exactly the same ingredients as what I used. From now on, I’ll be using a can opener!

I have always baked pumpkin pies from a can or just bought them already made. I would love to bake one from scratch, starting with the pumpkin and creating from there.
