I read the nutrition label on the side of one of the boxes I just baked in my bread machine last night.
It said there were over a thousand calories in the loaf it made!
That is just plain bread, by the way. Not cinnamon rolls or any kind of a dessert.

why did I buy it if I don’t use it?

is to use the breadmaker on the dough setting. When I let it rise out of the machine & bake myself I get larger loafs since they don’t smush against the top of the machine. Can also do a double batch this way as you don’t have to worry about needing room for the raised bread :)

its easy to use, and everyone sure does love the breadmaker bread more than bought bread, BUT the breadmaker doesn’t make a big enough loaf, and we can’t make it quick enough, so i gave up when a member of the family started complaining there wasn’t enough bread in the house. i really must start using it again, and on a daily basis. I’ll see how i go between now and the end of July. If I’ve used it 3-4 times a week in that time I reckon I’ll be able to check this one off.
