Well I got sick of depending on my own weak physique, and started eating healthier and running a lot and generally exercising more. Stopped smoking and drinking coca-cola.
This put me in a better mood and gave me more confidence. I was also suddenly able to work a lot harder and stay focused for longer periods of time.



my legs are killing me! 3 years ago

my husband and i are trying to walk each evening, and i’m going to be starting a belly dancing class next week. has anyone done this before?
