Laila John yes i do
Just got into Liverpool Uni for a engineering course…. with pilot studies. Yes it’s like 3 years but i think this is a step in the right direction. I Can get a degree thus fulfilling my parents’ dreams and be a pilot fulfilling mine. otherwise i would be too far in debt if i did it on my own or a really shitty doctor if i did what they wanted me to do this way i am doing myself and the world a favour :)
Well after much thought I am going to go visit Phoenix East Aviation a flight school in Daytona Beach, Florida.
I have been reading a lot about the school online and learned that they got a new flight simulator that fills up an entire room. And this is only 1 out of 5 of these top notch simulators in the country!
So next week I am going to go visit that school and then compare it against what I have seen here in the Sarasota area.
longhorngirlee is studying
my dad just got his pilot
license so this one should become
muchh easier if he lets me fly
with him
Yeash! I did it! SO worth it, being up in the sky and in control. There’s absolutely nothing like it.
There’s an education for become a pilot here but you need money like 50000$
I am moving back to the US Dec. 07 to pursue an airline pilot career. I could really use as much first hand info. as possible.
So if you got your license, have info. and would like to share or know of a good source…please cheer me. Thanx.
I’ve been searching for informations on aviation trainings and pilot courses. Though mom kinda grumbled about the whole her-daughter-wants-to-be-a-pilot thingie, I’m glad that she’s finally accepted it and said she’ll be proud if I get to be one some day. Anyway, now I’m troubled by 1 problem. I’m wearing specs!!! (eventhough the power of my lenses are about -2.25 I’m still short-sighted. What should I do to treat this??) By the way, I’m having my exams this year. (which means i gotta make sure I score in my maths and physics..) Hope I’ll make this through and achieve my goal one day! Hurrah!
In order to be a pilot, I must first attend flight school. I have been looking at a few in Central Florida but have yet decide on which one to attend and how I might pay for this. (lol)
Right now the two flight schools I am looking at are Phoenix East Aviation and RAA. Both schools are within driving distance of my home and I have visits planned in the next two weeks.
I will keep you posted how things go. If anyone has been to these school send me some info. Thanks
