So, in double checking the ingredients of the vitamins I just bought I realized that they contain gelatin. So do the flax oil gel capsules I added to the regimen. Being vegetarian, I really don’t like the idea of consuming animal tissues in my vitamins. Can anyone recommend a brand that doesn’t use gelatin? There has to be alternatives. Help!
I won’t throw these out cause that would be wasteful (and expensive) but I won’t buy more until I can find a more conscious brand.
I just keep saying, ‘I’ll take it later, I’ll take it with lunch, I’ll take it when I brush my teeth’ But then when I do those things I forget. Its been three days… one vitamin. Whodathunk?
Bought a multivitamin with probiotics yesterday – phew, not cheap. There are like, a million vitamins out there… I might have to do a bit of reading about this before I venture any further than the basic centrum. Any suggestions?
I’ve been keeping up with this since the end of September! As long as I keep it next to my b.c. pills and swallow it with food, I can keep this up!
Four days in a row! That’s awesome. As long as I swallow it with food, I can do this! =)
so now I put 7 next to my birth control pills. I can swallow them if I embed it in chewed food, as gross as that sounds.
putting the bottle next to my toothbrush seems to be my best solution!
