have wild dance parties in my room

ahaa ! me and my friends used to do this all the time. we’d turn off the lights and turn on those feather light up lamps and put on some good old *nsync and grind with our justin timberlake and aaron carter posters =) damn good times.

I stopped goin out for a whole summer, put my friends Decs in my room gathered 12 of my closest friends and partied for three months(we weren’t in the room constantly we went to the beach durin the days)...of course this was back when i had no responsabilities of any sort and the only thing i worried about was how i was gonna afford my next bottle or whatever was on the menu…Good times…sigh

Dance Party Anyone??? I have them all the time in my neighbors room.. i just need to move it over a door for once!!

lol i do it everynight. It is the funnest thing you can do for yourself. Just dance and sing along to music in ur room. I have a blast

heh, i threw an incredible bedroom dance-party at my old appartment and it was TOTALLY spur of the moment and COMPLETELY amazing.

the key is to get as many people into one room as possible, invite them all to dance with you, and make it soooo fun that they’ll never want to stop dancing

i must admit, that this particular bedroom dance party involved a boxed wine, but this is by no means a requirement

it doesn’t need to be all “close friends” either – in fact a handful of relative strangers or friends of friends REALLY make it much more exciting and fun – also, attempt to bring together two different groups of friends, this also adds to the enjoyment & uncertainty of the eve

no big time stereo necessary – i just used the 30 dollar computer speakers hooked up to my desktop through itunes and the party did not suffer one bit – in fact, this helped, because folks could search for tunes they’d like to hear next & then DANCE OUT even harder
