go on retreat for a week to a Buddhist monastery

There is a place called Throssel Hole which is a monastery and retreat centre in the Soto Zen tradition. I have had a look at their website and decided that I would like to visit them in March. They have a 3 day retreat around 7th March, and if I would like a shorter visit, there is Meditation Sunday the week after that. It all depends when I get a new job really.
