How I did it:
i came to college and i thought about a new start.
i thought about how no one knows me...so starting over would be easy.i just talked to more people and just thought how they were in the same position as me.

Latley ive started to be more open towards other people and this whole be less shy thing seems to be working. I still care what others think because i just ramble on but still ive made more friends!
