...It was on the treadmill. Set it to 16.2kph and once it was up to speed ran for a mile – 5:58!
Not marking this as complete yet as when I made the goal I intended it to be run outdoors, slightly harder than running on a treadmill! 17 months ago

If I can run 6.2 miles (10k) at a few seconds over 7 minutes per mile, surely I can run a sub 6 minute mile now?? 19 months ago

Ran a 5:37 mile a few years back, and I can do 2 miles at 6:38 pace, so pushing for 1 mile in 6 minutes is definitely achievable! Then I’d love to work on breaking the 5 minute barrier! :) 23 months ago
