    I know all my shoulds & should nots (well lots of them). And yet, there are challenges:
    - addictions (bagels, cookies, sweets, juices)
    - home cooking (minimal)

    I know I want to go back to my diet as it was 5 years ago. Back then it was purely fear based, but it worked. Now I need to find another key.

    1. I quit soda and Gatorade. All I drink is Vitaminwater.

    2. I try to have a salad, once a day. I always eat the salad without dressing. :]
