YES! THEY'RE DIFFERENT THINGS!

When I typed in “learn C+” as something i want to do, it automatically changed to C#. But why? They arent the same thing, they are not two different names for the same language, so why does it change it? Thats like changing “eat pie” to “eat cake”. C+ is a newer and more advanced version of C. C# is more like Java than it is like C++ or C. It doesnt even do the same thing as the other two, so it is obviously something completely different to learn. I dont want to learn C#, i want to learn C+. So 43 Things really should fix that, so that those who are thinking about C+ but have it changed to C# don’t get confused and learn the wrong thing. They will begin to think they are the same thing, and will just confuse themselve and others.
