I know enough for now. I know it’s a tool I can use to help me release unnecessary patterns. I will use it more again when I notice a pattern that is particularly bothersome.

It was very useful to me for anxiety.

TH = Top of Head
EB = Beginning of the Eye Brow
SE = Side of the Eye
UE = Under the Eye
UN = Under the Nose
Ch = Chin
CB = Beginning of the Collar Bone
UA = Under the Arm
WR = Inside of Wrists

You tap on these points while focusing on the fear/emotional issue. The focus helps recreate the energy imbalance in your body. The tapping helps to release it.

I like that there is a system to follow here. I went to this EFT link where I learned about the tapping sequence. After that I learned that they suggest you repeat an affirmation while doing the tapping to help alleviate some of the emotional stress/blockage around it.

So, I just tried it, I did the tapping while repeating the affirmation that they suggest: ‘Even though I have this __ I deeply and completely accept myself.’
The whole process made me smile which is a good thing.
Now, I am going to try and learn some more!
