Omg my mom is trying to force me to eat it for breakfeast when we have nothing to eat at home. I think the Breakfasts are the worst. They keep their eggs in a non heated plastic contianer all day and uses them the next day. IT IS GROSS

I’ve been something of a junk food fiend recently. Seriously, I’ve done the lot – pizza, takeaways, subway “sandwiches”, and obviously McDonalds.

Yes, I know it’s the summer holidays, and I’m allowed to overindulge to a certain extent but if I am going to stuff my face I’d rather do so with some quality food than this crap… god knows what’s actually in it. Tastes pretty good though lol

Having said that, I had a Big Mac today and now I feel a little sick… so no more McDonalds for Gemmery starting from, now!

I debated whether or not to just go ahead and mark this as done, but since Never Again is a long time, and the struggle to remain strong is ongoing, I decided to keep it on my list :)

I hate to say it, but after 4 years, it’s still pretty tempting. (like I said, ongoing struggle. :))

booked a mcdonald’s commercial and had to bite into about 35 big macs. thankfully i could spit them out, but still….

Wow.. I am surprised how easy this goal has been.. Wow.. Yeah. I thought I would keep eating at McDonald’s since I ate there almost all the time. Now I never eat there. I’m really proud. Yeah…

Haven’t been to one in well over a year. I swore off hamburgers and all the other assorted fast-food crap and I’m proud to say I haven’t cheated on that even once..it’s like once I made that choice I didn’t even want the stuff anymore…especially once I knew what really goes into that food. Might as well rummage around in trash cans for my lunch.
