.. but now I have to look out for it more than I used to. With my new job and recently increased caffeine and sugar consumption in connection to it and the fact that I’m sweating some liters while working I really have to look out for this now if I am to keep my strength up!
I’ve also had goals related to this for a long time I’ve wanted to put under this one as sub-goals..
And then it all went to hell. Didn’t mean for that to rhyme. Maybe I’ll have better luck this week. At least it is an improvement.
...and yet – I don’t drink enough of it. I’ve have episodes of dizziness and even almost fainted a few times. This is really serious and I’ve really got to do whatever it takes to get myself to remain watered-up all the time. I need to drink 2 liters of water a day minimum. If it takes Crystal Light I’ll do it because better to put fake sugar in my body for a while than to put the stress of dehydration on my internal organs.
