so i get really hungry at night and im too lazy to cook so i just order delivery….and by doing it for like 4 days a week…
ive gained weight and spent lots money and became not healthy!!
so yeah with all the disadvantages!! i need to stop!!!!!

I was doing good for almost a week. Then I went into isolation/depression mode. I had some yellow rice and vegetables I could of cooked. Instead I caved and went for the comfort food (pizza delivery). sigh.
This plays into my tendency to hole up in my house when I get depressed. Having food delivered allows me to not leave. And then it,of course, contributes to my weight problem…which only makes me want to hole up more. It’s a bad cycle for me.
