It was a long time coming and lord was it over due. Seventeen days in New England, mostly Vermont. I don’t know what the highlight of the trip was or even if their was one. I just appreciated getting away from work, the big city, and that deep rut I have entrenched myself in. I will focus the next 30 days on NaNoWriMo, and then bask in the glow of the holiday season. Then start looking to a greater adventure in 2010. Perhaps a career change. Peace. And if you haven’t given yourself a vacation lately, do it.

sabrina has filed her first fafsa ever, go her!
This weekend, I leave for 7 days in London. I wanted to take two weeks of vacation there, but they wouldn’t let me have all the time off work so that’s what I get. To say that I’m extremely excited is an understatement. In fact it’s 4:30AM and I’m awake because I woke up and couldn’t get back to sleep for thinking about it all. This will be my first real vacation, completely leaving home and totally unplugging, for more than just a few days, in about 5 years.
Only 134 hours until my flight leaves!

I want to take a realxing vacation just me and Vino (my husband) just to get away for at least a week. Like to somewhere beautiful just to relax.. That would be the best

Well, half of my reservations have been confirmed. I’m waiting on two hotels and then it’s on to booking activities. I’m getting excited. I bought a viedeo camera for the trip yesterday.

My husband and I work so hard, to provide for our family, one day i want to be able to just get on a plane and go somewhere that i thought i would never be able to go like Jamaica, Or spain, Just leave and not have any cares in the world
