really, the best you can do is a crevass, or a canyon.
If I find an abyss, I’ll scream into it and then mark this “I’ve done this”

I did this while rapelling down into Natural Well, a pit-cave in Huntsville, Alabama. The opening is through a 196-foot vertical shaft, then slanting down a rubble slope to a floor 245 feet below the surface. The cave opens into spectacular Cathedral Hall with a 100 foot high ceiling. The total length of the cave is 1150 feet with several domes and a 20 foot waterfall.

This was inspired by Garden State, which to this point is the most meaningful movie moment to me. I think it pointed out so much and someday when I’m free, frustrated or just want to let everything off my back I’m going to go to some abyss. It would be cool if it was the same one and SHOUT! It would be a life highlight!
