buy clothes that fit

Now I’m a size 2P.

Depressing? Not depressing? I don’t really care.

I’ve been trying to get to this size for years and now that I’m older with two kids it’s finally gotten to that point.

I bought a pair of pants in my size today. I’m so excited. The other 5-6 pairs of pants in my closet won’t come up past my thighs.

My goal is to get up to ten pairs of jeans, or maybe 3-4 from indidenim.com (is that right?) They are so damn expensive but I have a feeling it’s worth it.

I just can’t wait to take off these darn sweats.

Now I just need to fit into the clothes I want to buy.

okay, so this goes against my not buying frivolous things, but i finally bought a pair of jeans that fit. it was a bit exhilarating actually. funny thing is though, once i’ve worn them for about an hour, they’re already stretched out. too bad, because i love them!

still not great at it. i actually took in an old suit jacket to have it tailored. talk about being a little late. the jacket is over a year old!

am i dumb or something? how hard is it to buy clothes that fit? clearly this is a serious problem of mine if i’m listing it on 43 things. i will say that i have been making more of a concerted effort to buy jeans that don’t fall off me. yeah me!
