    no movement last week 20 months ago

    I got a mole removed on my tummy last Monday. The dermo made a big incision. I got four stitches. She said no exercising. Yesterday I got the stitches removed so I will be back to exercising this evening. ;)

    finally getting somewhere besides the couch 21 months ago
    • Sunday (3/23) – 50 minutes low impact cardio, easy upper strength, stretching
    • Monday (3/24) – 50 minutes low impact cardio, easy lower strength, stretching
    • Wed (3/26) – 50 minutes low impact, easy upper strength, stretching
    • Fri (3/28) – 30 minutes low impact with just a little bit of stretching

    I've been lazy 21 months ago

    I have not done any form of exercise since I roller skated 7 weeks ago. That’s not good! I need to start exercising again. Hopefully it will help with me sleep better.

    Tomorrow I will start a routine. I can’t start today because after work I’m going out to dinner and renting 30 Days of Night with my man.

    roller skating 23 months ago

    I went roller skating last night. I haven’t been in 2 years. When I was 17-19 yrs. old I worked at a roller skating rink. I didn’t realize how much I missed it. I want to go as much as I can now. Adult night (18 and over) is on Wed. & Sun. nights. I definitely need to start working out again, even just to roller skate. My legs were kinda wobbly, my feet & ankles felt really weak. Now I am so sore!! I feel it mostly in my butt and inner thighs…which is a very good sore feeling. Maybe I can get my small, tight ass back! ;)

    not giving up, just putting aside 2 years ago

    I’m going to start with the yoga first then I’ll go back to the gym after all the new years resolution people have quit…probably around early to mid February.

    Well now I really need to start exercising again. Now that I’m getting older (gasp!) I’m starting to get those chicken wings where my nicely toned triceps use to be. Not good! I will try to start going back to the gym on Oct. 1st…that will give me all next week to get more settled into my new condo.

    I’ve been walking outside (when weather permits) and going to Bally’s…but only about twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday) which isn’t enough. I get lazy on the weekends. I should exercise Saturday & Sunday also.

    I think I pushed it a little too hard yesterday. It’s good pain though, right?! I’m having a hard time walking right, like I just rode a horse for hours…hopefully I don’t look too funny. lol!

    And hopefully I won’t hurt too much tomorrow so I can go again, but I’ll be more careful…lighter weights.

    Twice in one week! 2 years ago

    I went to the gym again last night. Elliptical for 30 minutes then weights for upper (just 15 pounds) then elliptical for another 15 minutes. I felt so good afterwards. Hopefully I can go tomorrow and it’s not too crowded.
