Even better, I am eating two servings of fruit, every day now. I am quite chuffed.
Since I’ve kept this up for 12 days, I feel it has become a habit to pack my fruit and eat an apple at home when I want instant snacking.

Actually I’m still working on day 4.2.
But today’s fruit are: a golden kiwi and a golden delicious apple.
Edit: Ate them both. Lekker!

For breakfast,I’ve thrown a handful of raspberries into my musli. Unfortunately, I left my snack apple at home. I’ll have to buy fruit in the cantine today…

Days 3 and 4
I’ve definitely kept this up.
I’ve eaten apples, some strawberries and a banana.
I’ve also splashed out and bought raspberries, cherries and a small honey melon. I’m not very fond of the latter, but it was so expensive in the bio-store that I really need to eat it.
Since I kept up the 4DW, I could mark this off as done, but I want to keep the momentum going and therefore will set myself another challenge for another 4 days.

Yesterday, I had an apple.
I’ll see what kind of fruit they have in the cantine. In any case I brought two small capsicum, one red and one green, chopped up. I know they aren’t fruit.
I feel like a hunter-gatherer…
