Tigerman is an INFP, ISTJ, ISFP, ENTP... depending on the day of testing
It seems to me like my time is generally worthless, until long after it is too late and I should have done something with it, then it seems priceless. Unless it is in the middle of an emergency, then I know time is valuable but I spring into action. Usually then the red traffic signals force me to waste my time.

Sometimes worth it, sometimes not worth it. It usually worth it more when someone is paying you to do something. Like a job. It’s so worth it then.
When it’s just you, maybe you need to waste time. It’s called relaxing. And if you are wasting time, just recognize it, become aware that you are wasting time. And accept it… it’s alot like procrastination that way.
But when you are just sitting at home watching a silly TV program that people won’t remember 10 years from now, it’s so not worth it. Especially when there is a specail person you could be sharing life with.
So in summary:
On other people’s dimes: Worth it.
On your loved ones time: Not worth it.

I’ve done this many times. I’m probably doing it right now, too.
I could be cleaning my room, or writing a novel, or composing a piece of superbly genius music (which is not something I’ve done yet).
Alas, here I am sitting in front of my computer, composing a list of things to do.
:-P
